How to Gain Access to an Account on StrikerStat

Sometimes an athlete's account is created not by the athlete themselves, but by a tournament organizer or a coach — we explain how to gain access to it.

Step 1. Determine whether the account was created automatically

If the account was created automatically by an organizer or a coach, a corresponding panel will appear on the page — as shown in the screenshots.

Step 2. Request access

Click "How do I do this?" in the request panel — a window will open with information about which organizer created the account.

There are two types of such accounts: those created by an organizer and those created by a coach. If the coach's full name appears in the account as an active link, you can send the access request (login and password) directly to the coach.
